The Holiday Inn Amarillo West Medical Center, An Ihg Hotel, Amarillo

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, but the sofa bed was a bit tricky to use due to its placement near the AC unit. The service, especially from Cornelius at the desk, was excellent, and I had a restful night's sleep. The location had its drawbacks with noise from the room above and challenging access between buildings, yet it was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the Chinese dishes. The facilities were great overall.

The hotel had clean and modern rooms that were a delight to stay in, but we experienced disturbance at night from noises on the roof. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences.

On the bright side, the service, particularly Bernadette's, was exceptional and friendly, except for a few moments of lost temper. The location is convenient, although tricky to find due to its position between buildings, and noise from the upper floor can disturb your sleep. Unfortunately, the dining has its flaws, being a bit pricey with limited choices, succumbing to corporate changes.
